A RENEWED MIND

"We are at war with what comes most naturally to us."

Ever since I read the above quote in Rupi Kaur's book, Milk and Honey, I've been unable to get it out of my head. It's been made worse by the fact that I've seen evidence of its truth not only in my own life, but in the lives of other women as well.
Seeing as we are coming to the end of March - the month of International Women's Day - I decided to dedicate this month's vlog to addressing this topic by sharing my own experiences of being at war with myself, and suggesting possible solutions that we, as women, can use to solve this problem.
