Three years have come and gone, and suddenly my time at Uni. has come to an end. 👩🏽🎓
I realize now that I'm fortunate enough to have been among those who enjoyed their University experience - seeing as there are so many who haven't...
It's been a whirlwind of a month! 😲
From preparing for my finals, 📚📝to graduating from Uni.,👩🏽🎓🎊🎉 and finally moving out of the place I have called home for the past year. 🏡😢
Life is changing fast. And the transition has been a bit overwhelming for me.
Thankfully, not only did my family come down to celebrate my graduation with me, but my sister stayed behind for a bit longer to help me out with everything. 👯♀
While she was here, we decided to film a Sister Tag Vlog. Hopefully by watching it, you'll get to know us a bit better!
Also, can you relate to any of the things we talked about in the vlog? Let me know in the comment section below! 😉😊
Relationships are a beautiful thing.
And having healthy relationships makes life that much more enjoyable. However, they can also be quite complex - especially romantic ones.👩❤💋👨
Many factors need to work together in order for any relationship to work - time, place, as well as more personal ones that differ according to each individual.
I get asked a lot of questions about relationships; so I decided to dedicate this month's vlog to answering them, as well as sharing tips I have found to be useful when preparing for a relationship.
Although this vlog is aimed at single women, I believe those already in a relationship can relate to it as well.
Either way, I hope you all find this information helpful.😉😊
"We are at war with what comes most naturally to us."
Ever since I read the above quote in Rupi Kaur's book, "Milk and Honey", I've been unable to get it out of my head. It's been made worse by the fact that I've seen evidence of its truth not only in my own life, but in the lives of other women as well.
Seeing as we are coming to the end of March - the month of International Women's Day - I decided to dedicate this month's vlog to addressing this topic by sharing my own experiences of being at war with myself, and suggesting possible solutions that we, as women, can use to solve this problem.
As always, my hope is that my story helps you move closer to being at peace with yourself, as well as what comes most naturally to you. 😉😊
I find it easier and more effective to write down how I feel rather than to say it.
